Create or refresh a client guide

This form sends to /api/generate-guide and combines client-specific study context with the shared CliniContact training library that lives in this codebase.
Optional. Maps this portal to a Tabs customer so Launch can show invoices, invoice status, and payment actions.
Optional shared folder for IRB submission assets, outreach materials, landing-page screenshots, and other onboarding references.
